Our personal Property Management service is available in the area from Marbella, Nueva Andalucia, Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcántara to Guadalmina and down The New Golden Mile down to Estepona.
Choose between our Gold Management or Silver Management package. We can inspect your property weekly or monthly, making sure that nothing happens to your property.
- General condition of property inside and out checking for signs of damage caused by leaks, damp, condensation, insect infestation etc.
- Ensuring all doors and windows are locked, secure and undamaged.
- Check that water, gas, air-condition and electricity supplies are in working order and left disconnected.
- Emergency call-out facility with qualified staff Identification of maintenance issues and organization of repairs.
- We can help you with any jobs to the property that should be required e.g. painters, plumbers, carpenters etc. All local and reliable workers.
- Access to property ‘trouble-shooting’ facility to handle any on-site problems with local suppliers or utility companies.
- Provision of key-holding facility, including secure storage, management and distribution of keys.
