You will not have to pay anything before your booking is confirmed and you have received your rental contract.
Reservation Fee
To reserve the property there has to be transfered a reservation fee of 50%.
The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival.
You can pay either by a bank transfer or by PayPal. Please notice paying by PayPal an extra charge of 3.5% of the transfer will be required
Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit has to be paid on arrival. Any damages done to the property by the tenant will be covered by the tenant and will be taken of the security deposit.
Cancellation Fee
If cancelled within 8 weeks of the arrival date: 50% charged
If cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date: 75% charged
If cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: 100% charged
Arrival & Departure time
Check-in: Normally after 17.00
Check-out: Before 11.00
We will of course try fit the hours after the tenants flight schedules.
For late arrivals & departures there will be an extra charge of:
Between 21.00 – 24.00: € 20
Between 24.00 – 07.00: € 35
Practical information:
- The tenant has to follow the stated community rules. Neglecting to follow the community rules will immediately terminate the rental contract without any refunds.
- Owner or the Property Manager can at any times require access to the property.
- The maximum persons allowed in the holiday accommodation must be respected. The maximum number of persons per property is specified on the booking form.
- If Marbella Full House becomes aware that the number of persons is exceeded, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without any refunds.
- If anything brakes and the job to fix it takes longer than the rental period, the security deposit will be hold till the job has finish. Any deposit left, will then be transferred by bank back to the tenant, minus the bank transfer fee.
- The property is rented out fully furnished according to the inventory list.
- Towels and sheets will be provided. No beach towels.
- After clean is included the rental fee.
